I have a dream....I wish to begin a self improvement club. I personally know of at least 4 other brain injury survivors who are interested.
I know summer is not a good time because everyone goes on vacation, but I am thinking in the fall.
The purpose of this club will be for all of us to strengthen our minds and build upon what we have. We will each create our own to do list, we will have group learning, individual studies and individual time where we can work in small groups or on our own with help from other club members available.
This will be very casual and comfortable, I know that my personal intelligence and growth goals are different from others, and vice versa. I am sure in our club we will enrich our lives as we join a club of people with a common situation-brain injury.
My friend and Chiropractor Dr. Rodnick has offered for us to use his offices in Commerce Michigan. Dr. Rodnick is located on Union Lake Rd Between Commerce and Willow Roads. I am looking to build a list of those who maybe interested in attending, to determine a day and time of meeting.
